About the project

The Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) and the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board (LREAB) operated with confusing brands and rigid websites that created friction for licensees, consumers, and internal government staff alike.

We rebuilt both agencies across two pillars. On the brand side, we designed modernized visual identity systems for each agency—distinct enough to represent their individual mandates, cohesive enough to signal shared state authority—delivered inside a structured Brand OS with implementation guides so the team maintains consistency without outside help.

On the web side, we architected two fully ADA-compliant Webflow websites spanning 287 pages combined—restructured for public usability, built with a CMS backend that gives staff full autonomy to upload documents and publish updates with zero developer reliance.

Daniel and his team not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Basil’s expertise, professionalism, and structured approach – especially through weekly meetings – kept both projects on track and ensured a seamless process from start to finish. They took our ideas and elevated them, delivering two exceptional websites.

The Challenge

Yield is an accounting firm built on deep expertise, but their brand and website told a different story. The visual identity felt generic, indistinguishable from the sea of outdated firms still leaning on stock imagery and safe corporate blue.

The Result

A new brand system and Webflow website that broke Yield free from the generic accounting mold and put service clarity front and center.
