Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 24, 2026
Basil Design Company aims to make this website usable by people with different abilities, devices and ways of navigating. Accessibility is part of our design, development and ongoing maintenance.
Our accessibility goal
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines describe ways to make web content more accessible. Our goal guides improvements; it is not a claim that every page, feature or third-party service has been independently certified.
How we support access
- Semantic page structure, descriptive headings and accessible form labels.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Responsive layouts that support text resizing and smaller screens.
- Image descriptions, contrast checks, motion controls and reduced-motion preferences.
- Automated accessibility and interaction checks during development.

Technology and assessment
The site uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. We assess changes through developer review, keyboard and responsive-layout checks, and automated browser tests. Results reflect the pages and conditions tested; accessibility needs and browser behavior continue to evolve.
Limitations and alternatives
Older content and external websites, documents, video players or services may present barriers. Content changes can also introduce issues. Tell us when something prevents you from using the site so we can investigate, improve the page and offer an alternative where possible.
