About the project

APM Help had earned its reputation as the trusted accounting partner for property managers, but the brand was starting to look dated next to a wave of newer competitors with sharper, more modern identities. A full rebrand would have erased years of hard-won equity in a market where their name already opens doors. Standing still would have ceded the visual high ground to companies with half the track record.

We refreshed the existing identity instead of replacing it, tightening the typography, color system, and visual language so APM Help reads as confidently modern without losing the recognition they’ve built. Then we redesigned and rebuilt their site in Webflow as a marketing-first system: a modular CMS and component library that lets their marketing team ship new pages, campaigns, and content on their own timeline, without waiting on a developer or a design queue.

BDC understands the founder mentality to just get sh*t done quite frankly.

Brand

APM Help needed a brand that property managers could trust, but also a brand that could lead the industry. We helped them build a brand that balanced that tightrope. Not so modern that the brand implies too new and risky. Not just a brand that implies extreme stability and little innovation. A brand that felt innovative, yet celebrated their 5 years of experience and deep expertise in the property management industry.

Hand Drawn, Custom Illustrations. Fully Scalable With AI.

The APM team wanted to ensure their brand was unique and original. One of the best ways to do that in today's age? Hand drawn illustrations.

Our team helped create a library of over 100 custom hand drawn illustrations for each of their team members, to represent their services, and small elements to use throughout their content.

By hand drawing the first set of these, the team now has a unique reference point for AI to infinitely scale the illustration library while remaining true to the original style.

The Result

Brand identity systems and 287-page ADA-compliant Webflow websites built for two Louisiana state agencies to modernize their digital presence.
