About this opportunity

We are looking for a Website Developer who builds fast with AI and builds right because of fundamentals. You will turn our designs into production marketing websites, using AI tools to move quickly while holding a hard line on semantic markup, performance, accessibility, and search. The tools change every quarter; good web principles do not.

Responsibilities

  1. Build responsive, production-ready marketing websites from Figma designs.
  2. Use AI coding tools to accelerate builds, then review, test, and own every line that ships.
  3. Structure pages and content for search engines and AI answer engines (SEO and AEO).
  4. Meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards on every page, verified with real testing.
  5. Architect component systems and CMS structures that clients can scale without a developer.
  6. Hit performance budgets and Core Web Vitals targets before launch.
  7. Partner with designers on interactions, edge cases, and handoff.

Requirements

Development · Required

  • 3+ years building production websites.
  • Expert in semantic HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Daily, practiced use of AI coding tools, with the judgment to know when they are wrong.
  • Proven experience shipping accessible, ADA-compliant sites.

Search & Structure · Required

  • Strong technical SEO: metadata, schema, sitemaps, redirects, and site architecture.
  • Working knowledge of AEO: structuring content so AI assistants can cite it.
  • Experience designing scalable content models and reusable components.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with headless CMS platforms.
  • Comfort with animation and interaction libraries.
  • Agency or client-services background.
