Webflow Developer

✨ Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. If you're fluent in Webflow, deeply understand the Lumos V2 framework, and are excited to help shape efficient client experiences, we’d love to meet you.

This is a part-time, month to month contractor role with a clear pathway to a full-time leadership position. You’ll start by rebuilding key parts of our Webflow infrastructure and evolve into the lead developer and team manager for Web Solutions, a new business line focused on websites for property managers.

You will be directly interfacing with clients and helping ensure every project is a success for everyone involved.

🎯 Goals You’ll Help Achieve

You won’t just build sites—you’ll help us build a system that scales and a team that grows with it. Success in this role means progress across these areas:

1. Rebuild Our Web Solutions Template in Lumos V2
   We already have a working Web Solutions template for property manager clients. Your first mission will be to rebuild and refine that template using the Lumos V2 framework—improving efficiency, scalability, and maintainability for long-term success.
2. Transform Our Main Starter Template
   Beyond Web Solutions, we want to revamp our general client starter template to be based on Lumos V2. This will help save our team (and you) substantial time when spinning up new projects across the board.
3. Streamline the Client Experience
   Help make working with us seamless and delightful:
   • Identify and optimize bottlenecks in project delivery
   • Improve client communication and documentation
   • Ensure our final products are polished, fast, and consistent
4. Grow Into a Leadership Role
   As we grow, you’ll step into a team leadership role:
   • Help define and enforce best practices
   • Mentor future developers
   • Own technical decisions and improve internal workflows

🧠 Skills & Experience

✅ Technical

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development
• Deep expertise with the Lumos V2 framework
• Strong grasp of modular builds, CMS design, responsive layout, and scalable architecture
• Stong understanding of Figma
• BONUS: Experience building systems for repeatable use (like client templates)
• BONUS: You can design websites as well on the fly in Webflow and in Figma

🔄 Contract Details

• Initial scope: 40 hours/month (~10 hours/week)
• Pay: $1,200/month (USD) with potential for cash bonuses for EVERY client site built.
• Growth plan:
  • Expand to 80 hours/month as we gain more clients in this division
  • Transition to full-time as we expand further and if this is your goal
  • Take on a leadership position managing and hiring future devs as well as improving our systems
